The Indian Institute of Public Health, Gandhinagar (IIPHG), established in 2008 by the Public Health Foundation of India (PHFI) in collaboration with the Government of Gujarat, is India’s first university exclusively dedicated to public health education, research, and policy advocacy.
Located in Gandhinagar, IIPHG serves as a national hub for public health capacity development, focusing on interdisciplinary teaching and evidence-based practices in health management, epidemiology, environmental health, and global health.
